Peakcom Technology Co., Ltd was founded in 1991. Since then, Peakcom has been devoted to providing Leading Edge Technology and Best Value Solutions at high quality to all its customers. In the beginning, the main initial business was the production and circulation of motherboard and VGA card. In 1996, after accumulating many years of experience in research, production and multi-media, Peakcom has improved its production skill and begun to play a leading role in the computer market. In 2000, Peakcom R&D team started to research IA products. In July 2001, the Surround Box Bornia - was presented to the public.

Peakcom annual sales revenue in 1999 reached 18 million US Dollars, 2000 reached 20 million and continued to climb to 22 million in 2001.
