山和實業創立於西元1978年，為台灣最早深耕腳踏車袋及其相關產品的公司之一，公司總部位於台北，工廠則位於台中市近科學園區。
除了OEM及ODM的業務之外，我們的自有品牌LOTUS也行銷到全世界各地。

LOTUS創立於西元1978年，我們除了堅持用最好的材料來製造最好的產品之外，也一直針對腳踏車騎士的需求研發各項新技術及新產品。 因此，LOTUS 的產品受到各大腳踏車品牌及通路商的喜愛，紛紛委託我們代為設計製造產品。現在，LOTUS 要將最好的產品提出給國內腳踏車的愛好者，希望能讓喜愛騎腳踏車的愛好者能在騎乘腳踏車時能夠享受更佳的騎乘樂趣。

Shine-Ho was founded by Mr. Julio Ho in 1978, originally specializing in bicycle bags under the LOTUS brand name.
