所羅門股份有限公司

所羅門成立於1973年，以歐、美、日電子零組件的專業代理開啟市場，1978年，所羅門事業拓展至動力設備進口，1988年更進而設立光電自動化控制衛浴設備、液晶顯示器模組、通訊無線交換機及電池模組等四家生產工廠，並研究設計IC卡及其相關週邊設備。於1992年開始投入IC卡軟硬體的研發，成為國內IC卡與讀卡設備的主要供應商。1995年更與Toshiba技術合作，生產筆記型電腦所需之鎳氫電池單體組件，此時開始以轉投資的方式，朝半導體產業的上游階段發展。接著於1996年完成股票上市。
