國慶長假很快就這麼結束了。這七天時間，不用工作，不用怎麼做菜，不用寫博。都是吃吃喝喝睡睡玩玩，而且出去吃的多，有五個晚上是在外面吃的，有酒席，聚餐，還有我們三個人的外出就餐。要是再這樣吃下去估計腸胃也吃不消了。很多人長假在家裡估計也吃的不少。人有時就是管不住這張嘴，遇到好吃的美食肯定要多吃點，每次總是說，下次不吃這麼多了，可還是會就範。好吧，既然這樣，那麼過段時間至少也要清清腸胃，排排毒，或者用時髦點的詞就是給腸胃做個SPA吧。
今天給大家推薦個水果沙拉，其實水果的選擇很隨意，你喜歡什麼就加什麼吧，我用的是葡萄，香蕉，蘋果，梨子和獼猴桃，清洗去皮切塊後加入酸奶就可以吃了。我加的是酸奶不是沙拉醬，所以熱量會低很多，飯前來點水果沙拉正好，飯可以少吃點，給腸胃減減負吧。
徹底攪拌後更加好吃，這裡推薦大家一定要放香蕉，真的，
和酸奶一拌太好吃了。
休息了7天，用照相機拍美食好像多了點感覺。對今天的照片還比較滿意呵呵。
調整腸胃，開始正常的飲食，生活恢復正常的作息！
今天開始上班了，我家好男兒也要上學了，這周好長，有七天啊，祝大家新的一週工作學習愉快啊。
