　　二、逗號、句號、分號、冒號、感嘆號、問號和它們後面的字元之間必須留一個半形空格。

　　九、用彎引號，不要用直的彎引號。

　　十、正確使用各種短橫：em dash — 是破折號，en dash – 用來連線年份、時間，是「到」的意思，hyphen - 是連字元。

　　注意：

　　1. 若寫作時用兩個 hyphen -- 代替破折號，Word 等文書處理軟體會自動將其轉為 em dash。有監於 em dash 輸入不便Mac 上是 shift + option + -，這也是英文寫作通用的替代法。

　　2. 破折號em dash兩端可各留一半形空格，亦可不留。此乃英美習慣之不同，無對錯之分。惟請在同一份簡歷中保持統一。
