文盲

文盲（illiteracy）是指已成年的不認識字的人。出自於洪深《最近的個人見解》：“農村文盲，成了很普遍的現象。” 及柳青《創業史》第一部第十五章：“在識字班學過字，還沒有完全卸掉半文盲帽子的互助組長，也不會看信。” 聯合國重新定義新世紀文盲的標準，將文盲分為三類：第一類，不能讀書識字的人，這是傳統意義上的文盲；第二類，不能識別現代社會符號（即地圖、曲線圖等常用圖表）的人；第三類，不能使用計算機進行學習、交流和管理的人。
