拉賓德拉納特·泰戈爾

拉賓德拉納特·泰戈爾（Rabindranath Tagore，1861年5月7日-1941年8月7日），出生於印度加爾各答，印度詩人、文學家、哲學家。 他的詩中含有深刻的宗教和哲學的見解。他在8歲開始寫詩，17歲發表敘事詩《詩人的故事》。1886年，他發表《新月集》，成為印度大中小學必選的教材。1910年，泰戈爾發表長篇小說《戈拉》。1916年，發表長篇小說《家庭和世界》，熱情歌頌爭取民族獨立的愛國主義精神。1912年，泰戈爾以抒情詩集《吉檀迦利》獲諾貝爾文學獎金。1913年發表為人們所熟知的《飛鳥集》和《園丁集》。抒情詩集《吉檀迦利》的英譯本為他贏得1913年諾貝爾文學獎。1941年8月7日，泰戈爾與世長逝，享年81歲。他的作品在中國的流傳，深深影響了中國近現代文學的程序，是中印文化交流發展的印證。
