　　時光如梳，從xx年7月參加工作至今已近半年，經過這半年的努力工作和不斷學習，我獲益良多。現在我總結一下近半年的得與失，發揚好的地方改進不足的地方，回顧走過的路可以更好的看清前面的路。

　　品德是決定一個人價值的先決條件。

　　沒有良好的思想品德，其它的一切都是空談。因此這半年來我堅持定期學習馬列主義毛澤東思想，提高自身的思想覺悟。形成自身正確的人生觀價值觀。同時也積極參加學校組織的各種各樣的活動，這對我很有幫助，我本身也崇拜有巨大人格魅力的人，並一直努力自己能做到。無論在什麼情況下，我都沒忘記“學為人師，行為世範”，並以品德至上來要求自己。平時我虛心向學校老師學習教學經驗，共同工作，共同學習，共同進步。

　　這半年來，我很注意自身的品德行為，努力給學生樹立一個良好的榜樣。我們學校是九年一貫制學校，因此學生也有其特殊性，小學生與中學生在各個方面都存在著很大的差異。而我兼顧小學初中兩門完全不同的功課，在處理師生關係時就要注意區別對待了。現在的中學生正處在一個特殊的學習階段：即對社會開始有所接觸，這個時候的學生很容易模仿成人的一些行為習慣，很多壞習慣也有很多好習慣都是在這個階段養成的，是好是壞跟教師的言傳身授有很大的關係。

　　而這個時候老師是學生最直接最容易的學習物件，因此，我儘量的在中學生面前以高標準要求自己，不管在課堂裡還是在課外我都努力塑造一個良好的形象。而面對小學生時則有所不同，課堂上我嚴格要求自己也嚴格要求學生，但在課外我努力與學生做朋友，用心與他們溝通，希望能真正瞭解他們的所想所愛。總得來說，我做的一切目的是一樣的，就是希望能幫助學生健康成長。
