因為我每次想表達遺憾時說 I am sorry，總感覺像在說對不起一樣就是感覺有點怪

或：I'm績sorry that I can't join in your discussion.

2. 解釋：

1）單獨使用join，其賓語為sb或某團體組織，而不能是如discussion之類的活動。如：join us，join a club.

2）如果其後賓語為某活動室，則必須使用join in或take part in來表示“參加/參與”。
