銀行接待你的，幫你辦業務的，叫前臺還是櫃檯，英語怎麼說，前臺，辦理業務的英語??

實話實說你去到國外的銀行如果需要信息要找 bank teller 如果直接想辦業務就找banker 當然banker的種類看你的業務而定 Licensed-Personal-Banker Relationship-Banker Private-Client-Banker 等等

如果說商店的櫃檯那就叫information table

看你想說什麼

如果是賓館的前臺，叫做reception

如果是一般公司的諮詢臺，叫做information desk

所以“去前臺諮詢”可以說成

please contact reception （賓館）/丁information desk (公司)

也可以說：

please consult reception （賓館）/information desk (公司)

1．接電話時不可以簡單地回答“Hello”,而應報上自己的公司或所屬單位的名稱。例如：

“Hello, this is Information Desk.”

您好，這裡是問詢處。

“Information Desk speaking. May I help you?”

問詢處，請問您要服務嗎?

2.打錯電話時

如果是外線打錯時，可以回答：

I am afraid you have the wrong number.

不好意思，您打錯電話了。

This is the LI JIA Hotel, 2234-1156.

這裡是麗嘉酒店，電話是2234-1156。

如果是總線轉錯內線時，可以回答：

This is Room Reservations. I’ll transfer your call to Restaurant Reservations.

這裡是客房預約處，我幫您轉接到餐廳預約櫃臺。

I am afraid this is a direct line. We can not transfer your call to the Chinese Restaurant Could you dial 2234-1156, please.

不好意思，這是直接電話。我們無法為您轉接中式餐廳。請您改撥2234-1156，好嗎？

3.當負責的工作人員不在時

4.當會話結束時

結束電話中的對話時，不可以簡單說“bye-bye”,最好說：
