1. 原料。

2. 做蛋皮。

3. 蛋皮絲,蔥絲。

4. 紅燒肉加熱後潷出肉湯。

5. 肉湯里加水,蔥段,薑片煮開。

6. 肉湯煮開後關火,放入少許醋,香油,蔥末保溫備用。

7. 麵條擀好後煮麵。

8. 麵條基本煮熟時放入生菜。

9. 撈出麵條,放入紅燒肉,蛋皮絲,蔥絲,澆一勺肉湯即可。

提起紅燒肉(東坡肉),大家自然不能忘記那位將吃紅燒肉事業推向高峰的人--蘇東坡。正是由於他的努力,紅燒肉才得以從基層走向了上層,從老百姓的菜鍋走上了文人墨客的餐桌。由於東坡先生孜孜不倦的努力,從他那時起,紅燒肉就正式的走上了歷史的舞臺。

紅燒肉湯麵滷怎麼做才更香

材料:

熟五花肉 200克、雞蛋500克、黃花菜20克、木耳10克、鮮腐皮200克、冬筍100克、蝦米50克、薑末15克、豬油20克、花椒2克、芽菜100克、醬油20克、味精、香油、胡椒麵、幹黃醬、水澱粉各適量,蔥段50克、蒜3瓣。

做法:

1、黃花菜、木耳泡發在洗乾淨、加工成小塊、段待用;芽菜摘洗乾淨,熟煮肉加工成薄片;蝦米用沸水泡開備用。

2、鍋上火加入骨頭湯燒開撇去浮末加入上述原料及輔助原料調好味,用水澱粉勾芡將雞蛋打碎撒到湯裡面,點入香油即成滷汁。
