糯米

糯米又叫江米，為禾本科植物稻（糯稻）的去殼種仁。被人們稱為“補血米”“長壽米”。 糯米乳白色，不透明，也有呈半透明，粘性大，分為秈糯米和粳糯米兩種。 中醫認為糯米性溫味甘，能溫暖脾胃，補益中氣。明代李時珍《本草綱目》中提及，從而起到禦寒的作用，尤其適用於脾胃虛寒者。此外，糯米還含有蛋白質、鈣、磷、鐵、煙酸等豐富營養，可以稱得上是溫補強壯的食品。不過，值得提醒的是，糯米不能貪吃。

糯米，中藥材名。本品為禾本科植物稻（糯稻）的種仁。功能主治為：補中益氣，治消渴溲多，自汗，便洩。①《別錄》：溫中，令人多熱，大便堅。②孫思邈：脾病宜食，益氣止洩。③孟詵：治霍亂後吐逆不止，清水研一碗，飲之。④《本草拾遺》：主消渴。⑤《四產本草》：主痔疾，（糯米）以駱駝脂作煎餅服之，空腹與服。⑥《食性本草》：能行榮衛中血積。解芫菁毒。⑦《綱目》：暖脾胃，止虛寒洩痢，縮小便，收自汗，發痘瘡。
