單槓（horizontal bar）是男子競技體操專案之一，於1896年被列為奧運會比賽專案。 現代比賽用單槓由一直徑2.8釐米的鐵製橫槓固定在兩根支柱上，兩端用鋼索固定，橫槓離地面2.55米，單槓成套動作全部由擺動動作組成，包括向前、向後大回環，各種換握、騰身迴環，各種轉體、扭臂握以及飛行動作。
