註冊會計師（Certified Practising Accountant 、Certified Public Accountant），簡稱為CPA，是指透過註冊會計師執業資格考試並取得註冊會計師證書在會計師事務所執業的人員。 註冊會計師專業考試科目為《會計》《審計》《財務成本管理》《經濟法》《稅法》《公司戰略與風險管理》，綜合階段為職業能力綜合測試。具有完全民事行為能力，具有高等專科以上學歷，或者具有會計或者相關專業中級以上技術職稱的中國公民可以報考專業階段考試；專業階段考試合格後可以報考綜合階段考試。 2023年，註冊會計師報名時間為4月6日早8：00-4月28日晚8：00；於2023年8月25日-8月27日舉行專業階段考試；同年8月26日舉行綜合階段考試。 註冊會計師考試需在五年內考完。
