國家移民管理局

國家移民管理局（National Immigration Administration）是中華人民共和國公安部管理的國家局，為副部級，於2018年4月2日組建成立。 其內設綜合司、政策法規司、外國人管理司等機構，主要職責為負責中國移民管理工作，負責協調擬訂移民和出入境管理政策與規劃並協調組織實施，起草相關法律法規草案等。 2023年3月16日，國務院釋出通知，國家移民管理局加掛中華人民共和國出入境管理局牌子。
