胃脘痛

胃脘痛是指上腹部胃脘處疼痛為主的症狀，俗稱“胃痛”。《素問》稱：“胃脘當心而痛，”《壽世保元》稱“心胃痛”。歷代醫家又有“心腹痛”、“心痛”、“心下痛”等。 胃脘痛的病位在胃，多由飲食不節，嗜食生冷，或憂思煩惱怒等因所致氣機不暢，從而導致胃的病變。然胃之受納，腐熟及消化功能，又要依賴於脾氣的運化，肝氣的疏洩，與腎陽的溫煦，故胃脘痛一症也與脾、肝、腎的病變有關。
