淘寶利用數據魔方大量挖掘篩選黃金關鍵詞方法?

關鍵詞的重要性想必做淘寶的都知道,一個關鍵詞代表一個市場,光有好的款式和運營手段還不夠,找到一個競爭小,客戶多的市場才是制勝法寶,如果你既有好的款式,又有犀利高效的運營手法,那你想不發都難了。但是低競爭高搜索的關鍵詞要怎麼找,怎麼找才快,怎麼找得精準,那麼就要靠一點點工具幫忙,以下分享一點乾貨,可以讓你利用數據魔方快速篩選幾萬條關鍵詞。

第一步:確定詞表,詞根。列出你所做的一級類目詞,例如涼鞋,再據此延伸二級詞,例如坡跟涼鞋,中跟涼鞋,水鑽涼鞋,粗跟涼鞋,還可以延伸三級詞,四級詞,直到涵蓋涼鞋類目下所有品種,然後把這些詞放在文檔裡。

第二步:查詞。把找到的詞表,一個一個拿到數據魔方里面去查詢7天內的數據,數據魔方可以拉取到跟目標詞相關的500個熱門詞,涵蓋行業百分之八十的關鍵詞,雖然剩下的百分之二十才是真正的黃金詞神詞聚集地,但目前篩出大頭,再去挖小頭。查到詞後,按住SHIFT批量複製出來,先複製到文本文檔,再建一個EXCEL表格,複製進去。

第三步:複製。把EXCEL表格裡的數據,刪除點擊指數,點擊佔比,直通車這三列,只保留7列,因為這三項數據沒有用。然後按住SHIFT,從A2批量選中到G2,再拖到最後一行,按住SHIFT再點G最後一排,將整個有數據的長方形單元格全部選中,再複製到關鍵詞篩選表格當中。

第四步:批量過濾無價值的詞語。表格中,黑底的都套有公式,不要修改。點擊低於20分單元格的下拉框,選擇降序排列,顯示刪除的全部刪除。再依次點擊超過15字符,品牌詞無用詞,同上,降序排列後,顯示刪除的全部刪除。最後,剩下的就是對你有價值的關鍵詞。品牌詞庫跟15字符過濾,可以自己根據需求修改,最後會給出修改方法。

第五步:挑選與產品相關的關鍵詞。點擊總分,降序排列,這就是你詞庫裡對你而言價值從高到低的關鍵詞排序,你把要做的商品查看一下,根據其款式和屬性,依次在相關性一欄手動打分,大詞泛詞,例如連衣裙,涼鞋,打35分,一個屬性詞打75分,例如涼鞋中跟,涼鞋坡跟,水鑽涼鞋,兩個以上屬性詞的精準長尾詞,打115滿分。填完後,總分會有變化,再次按照總分降序排列,你就可以從高到低挨個複製了,但是不要急,想要最精準最保險的詞,還有最後一步。

第六步:挨個複製有相關性打分的詞語,到淘寶網,淘寶指數,驗證寶貝數和搜索指數,在趨勢一欄填寫關鍵詞搜索指數趨勢,以便區分大幅下降和突然沒有了指數的詞,最近幾天沒有指數的詞,直接刪除。查指數的時候,看完趨勢,點擊右邊的市場細分,查看最優類目,將佔比最高的類目填寫到表格中最優類目一欄,這一步對於你篩選目標詞來說,尤其重要,如果這個關鍵詞的最優類目是涼鞋,代表著這個市場的需求是涼鞋,你卻拿拖鞋進去,點擊率和轉化率會很低就不說了,最重要的是淘寶系統不會給你好的排名,長尾詞可以湊合著擠擠類目,單品目標詞就一定要符合你商品的發佈類目。

最後:綜合考慮總分,最優類目,趨勢,挨個往下選詞就行了。用完一個詞,記得在使用次數一欄標記,以避免店鋪裡多個款式都用同一關鍵詞,造成嚴重內耗。

這是我設置的詞庫,大家看看不要的可以刪了,刪的時候記得刪除前後的引號和一個逗號,加字也是一樣,在花括號中間的區域,按照 "要加的詞", 這種格式填就行了,在這裡改完之後,複製全部命令,粘貼到P2單元格里,就是品牌詞庫的第一行,記得把原來的命令刪乾淨。複製進去之後,按住SHIFT,拖到最後一格,按CTRL+D,批量填充公式,就OK了。

字符過濾修改方法:

=IF(LEN(A2)>15,"刪除","")

修改這個命令,15代表的就是字符數,A2代表的公式判斷的單元格位置,大家修改儘量都改第一行,然後批量填充下去就行了,如果命令裡填的是A2,你把公式套到第三行去了,過濾的就是錯誤的,小心黃金詞被刪了哦。

打分值修改方法:各個項目的打分值,大家也可以自己根據需求優化和修改,我這套數值優化了幾周,自用尚足,僅供參考。

打分值修改方法:

IF跟AND是調用的判斷命令,不要動

I2代表所要判斷的單元格的位置,給搜索打分,就填搜索欄座標,給轉化率打分,就填轉化率座標。

<40意思是當I2大於40的時候

,代表分隔下一個判斷條件,括號裡面的可以按照這個格式設定多個條件,最後能指定出一段絕對值就行了。

-1000 代表的是目標單元格里的數值,符合你設定的篩選條件時,所打出的分值,後面的0代表不符合判斷條件時,顯示的打分值

注:這個表格的打分標準只適合還沒有銷量和權重的新品,有排名的寶貝,篩詞請自行設定分值。
