脾

脾是重要的淋巴器官，位於腹腔的左上方，呈扁橢圓形，暗紅色、質軟而脆，當局部受暴力打擊易破裂出血。脾位於左季肋區胃底與膈之間，恰與第9-11肋相對，其長軸與第10肋一致。正常情況下，左肋弓下緣不能觸及。脾分為內、外兩面，上、下兩緣，前、後兩端。內面凹陷與胃底、左腎、左腎上腺、胰尾和結腸左曲為鄰，稱為髒面。髒面近中央處有一條溝，是神經、血管出入之處，稱脾門。外面平滑而隆凸與膈相對，稱為膈面。上緣前部有2-3個切跡，稱脾切跡。脾腫大時，脾切跡仍存在可作為觸診的標誌。在脾附近，胃脾韌帶及大網膜中，常可見到暗紅色，大小不等，數目不一的副脾。因脾功能亢進作脾切除時，應將副脾一併切除。脾屬於網狀皮系統，是人體最大的淋巴器官，其結構基本上與淋巴結相似，由被膜、小梁及淋巴組織構成。其與淋巴結不同的地方是沒有淋巴竇，但其中具有大量血竇。
