海獅（拉丁學名：Otarriinae，英文名：California sea lion），別名加州海獅，是鰭足目海獅科動物。 海獅體型較小，體長一般不超過2米。它性情溫和，多叢集活動，視覺較差，但聽覺和嗅覺靈敏。全身覆粗毛，雄獸頸毛鬃狀，吻端圓，外耳殼小，頭的上外廓呈直線形，全身深棕色，無絨毛，頭骨呈凸形。主食各種水生動物。分佈於北太平洋的寒溫帶海域，福克蘭群島、南美沿岸從火地島向北到巴西的里約熱內盧和秘魯的利馬。 海獅被列入《世界自然保護聯盟》（IUCN） 2012年瀕危物種紅色名錄。
